We are pleased to offer guaranteed flat freight rates nationwide as outlined below. This guarantee applies when BMC selects the carrier.
FREIGHT CALCULATION
- Freight percentage is calculated based on order net value.
ACCESSORIAL CHARGES
- Palletization is available at no extra charge.
- Residential Delivery – flat rate freight charge + $50
- Lift Gate Services – flat rate freight charge + $50
- Call for appointment – flat rate freight charge + $40
- White glove delivery – actual freight charges for custom quote
HIGH-FREIGHT AREAS
- For delivery to high-freight destinations (restricted areas, remote locations) actual freight rates will apply.
BACKORDERS
- We know how important it is for customers to receive complete orders on time. That’s why we maintain strong inventory levels and honor our published freight rate on backorders.
ORDERS BELOW $500
- Actual freight rates apply. This includes any backorders below $500.
DISCOUNTED ITEMS
- Closeout or heavily discounted orders are not eligible for the flat-rate freight program; actual freight rates will apply to the order.
FLAT RATE FREIGHT
- The flat-rate freight program is subject to change at the sole discretion of BMC
